Key Responsibilities:
Managers oversee shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a swift, precise, and friendly experience during every visit.
Some managers also supervise Departments, managing specific Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, establishing objectives, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and reporting outcomes.
The Guest Service Department Manager's duties may encompass ensuring Crew and Managers provide an exceptional customer experience, that promotional sales are effectively executed, and that all service personnel are well-trained in service protocols.
The Kitchen Department Manager's duties may include guaranteeing the restaurant serves high-quality food promptly, that food safety standards are upheld, and that food costs are effectively managed.
The People Department Manager's responsibilities may involve ensuring the restaurant recruits qualified staff, trains them adequately, and schedules them to meet sales and profitability targets.
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting. We seek positive team players with adaptable schedules who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to hold a managerial position in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.Additional Information:
