Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Banker to develop effective sales and marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and attracting new clients, particularly in the Investments sector.
- Support the Banker in prospecting efforts by conducting thorough research on potential clients, generating leads, and leveraging networks to identify referrals.
- Assist in the profiling, qualifying, and conversion of prospects into Citi Private Bank clients.
- Organize client/prospect meetings, including pre-call planning and post-meeting documentation, while maintaining comprehensive records of client interactions.
- Aid the Banker in enhancing existing client relationships through detailed analysis and engagement.
- Provide timely and accurate revenue tracking, deal pipeline reports, and other pertinent information to the Banker.
- Offer daily support to the Banker with documentation tasks such as account management and loan processing.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients, addressing complex inquiries effectively.
- Ensure compliance with KYC/AML documentation requirements and maintain up-to-date client records.

Risk Management:
Demonstrate sound judgment in business decisions, with a focus on the firm's reputation and the safeguarding of Citigroup, its clients, and assets. This includes adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, as well as transparent management of control issues.

Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience.
- Required Licenses: Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65).
- Strong knowledge of investment products is essential; familiarity with banking and credit products is advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage both internal and external relationships effectively; adept at multitasking.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
