Job Title: Change Management Lead

TalentBurst, an Inc 5000 company, is seeking a highly skilled Change Management Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to drive business transformation and improve process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize change initiatives.
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Provide expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools to support enterprise-scale projects.
  • Work closely with sales teams in US Education or Government markets to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project/program/change management and/or training content development and delivery.
  • Expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools, including process improvement and technical documentation.
  • Experience working on enterprise-scale, multi-country digital transformation projects.
  • Change management certification (such as PROSCI) or other designation is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Client iWork Tools - Keynote, Numbers, Pages.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in CRM implementations such as Salesforce is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of B2B business processes such as account planning and management, lead, opportunity, and lifecycle management, partner collaboration, forecasting, campaign management is a plus.
  • Passion for problem solving and overcoming business challenges in partnership with others.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners.
