Job Title: PROSCI OCM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled PROSCI OCM Specialist to join our team at HireBlazer. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting comprehensive engagement efforts with key stakeholders and leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management plans and related deliverables to drive the adoption of new technology.
  • Work closely with project managers, business relationship managers, and other technology partners to successfully drive the adoption of new technology.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to project teams based on industry best practices to improve cross-functional coordination and communication during project execution.
  • Develop content for dissemination to non-technical users and communicate technical changes to users in non-technical terms.
  • Support the development and maintenance of relationships within ITD and across the agency.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment that values differences by building and maintaining collaborative relationships with team members, peers, and ITD leaders.

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Experience in Organizational Change Management, with a strong working knowledge of PROSCI methodologies.
  • Experience in developing and implementing change management plans and related deliverables.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write and communicate technical changes to users in non-technical terms.
  • Ability to work with and reach all levels of employees, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and end-user adoption.
  • Experience working on large efforts with Agency-wide impact.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PROSCI Certification
  • Marketing and/or corporate communications experience
  • Graphic design or visual representation of content to convey messaging
