Job Title: Organizational Change Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Organizational Change Manager to join our team at Genius Road, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating successful organizational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the need for change within the organization and conduct thorough analysis to assess the impact of proposed changes.
  • Develop change management strategies and plans in collaboration with key stakeholders, defining clear objectives, milestones, and deliverables for each change initiative.
  • Implement change initiatives in accordance with established plans, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth execution and monitoring progress, resolving conflicts, and addressing issues that may arise.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders, managers, and employees throughout the change process, fostering a culture of change readiness and resilience within the organization.
  • Evaluate and measure the success of change initiatives, developing metrics and evaluation frameworks to assess outcomes and impacts, and continuously improving change management practices based on evaluation results and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in change management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • 7+ years of working in change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and influential abilities, with the capability to drive change at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders (internal and external) and influence without authority.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills for leading work sessions and team meetings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
