Job Title: Director of Human Resources

Job Summary:
Urban Engineers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business results and support our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on HR-related matters
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure a diverse and talented workforce
• Administer benefits, compensation, and employee relations programs
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Management
• Minimum 15 years of experience in an HR leadership role
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
