Position Overview

We are looking for both Part-Time and Full-Time Physical Therapy Technicians to work in our clinic, where our philosophy of collaboration fosters a positive workplace culture.

This role is ideal for individuals pursuing careers in physical therapy, nursing, or allied health, as well as athletes or those with a keen interest in healthcare. While prior experience in physical therapy or healthcare is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. We are enthusiastic about training dedicated, compassionate, and motivated candidates.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Support our providers during patient exercises and treatments.
  • Serve as a friendly guide for patients, ensuring a smooth and pleasant visit.
  • Assist the Front Office Coordinator with patient greetings, appointment scheduling, phone inquiries, and payment processing.
  • Facilitate effective communication among providers, patients, and front office staff.
  • Excel in our dynamic environment by being adaptable, detail-oriented, and proficient in time management.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Possess a friendly and approachable demeanor; enjoy interacting with others.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in every encounter.
  • Genuine interest in exercise, sports, anatomy, and physiology.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to support and collaborate with teammates.
  • Eager to learn and develop, open to constructive feedback, and always seeking improvement.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or exercise science is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Environment:
