Position Overview

We are looking for both Part-Time and Full-Time Rehabilitation Support Specialists for our clinic, where our philosophy of collaboration fosters a positive workplace culture.

This role is ideal for individuals pursuing careers in physical therapy, nursing, or allied health, as well as athletes or those with a keen interest in healthcare. While prior experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting is advantageous, it is not mandatory. We are enthusiastic about training motivated and compassionate individuals.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

Assist our providers during patient exercises and treatments as a key support member.

Guide patients through their visits, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

Support our Front Office Coordinator by welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and managing payments.

Facilitate effective communication among providers, patients, and front office staff.

Excel in our dynamic environment by being adaptable, detail-oriented, and proficient in time management.

What You Bring to the Role:

Must be at least 18 years old.

High School Diploma or GED is required.

Friendly demeanor; you enjoy engaging with others.

Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in every interaction.

Interest in fitness, sports, anatomy, and physiology.

Comfortable using computer systems and software.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, adjusting to changing demands.

Willingness to collaborate and support your teammates.

Desire to learn and develop, open to feedback, and continuously seeking improvement.

Previous experience in healthcare or exercise science is preferred but not essential.
