Senior Platform Engineer Scrum Master

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer Scrum Master to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a Senior Platform Engineer Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading our agile platform product team and ensuring the successful delivery of our platform infrastructure services. You will work closely with our software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to design and implement development and mission solutions. Your expertise in Agile Development Methodologies, platform infrastructure services, and Linux-based operating systems will be essential in driving our team's success. Key Responsibilities:
Lead our agile platform product team as a Scrum Master
Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to design and implement development and mission solutions
Ensure the successful delivery of our platform infrastructure services
Work closely with our product owner to groom the backlog and prepare for agile scrum events
Assist with architecture, design, development, integration, and support of build, integration & test, and deployment pipelines
Leverage company and industry best practices to improve scalability, consistency, infrastructure efficiency, reduce deployment time, and automate configuration management
Ensure security and compliance are integrated into the platform
Provide operational support for the platform

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Physics
5+ years of related work experience
Experience with Agile Development Methodologies (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)
Experience designing, implementing, and integrating platform infrastructure services
Experience with troubleshooting applications & infrastructure services on Linux-based operating systems
Experience with programming/automation/scripting languages (e.g. Python, Java, Ruby, Bash, C++, C#, Go)
Experience with VMware
Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting CICD pipelines tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
Knowledge of secure coding practices (e.g. OWASP, secrets management, vulnerability remediation)
Experience with scanning tools (e.g. Nessus, Qualys)
Experience developing, testing & delivering applications within a DevSecOps framework
Background in COTS/FOSS product installation, configuration, and integration
Current CompTIA Security+ or ability to obtain within 90 days
