Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our portfolio of services. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads, pitch our solutions, and close deals that contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through various channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored eCommerce and digital marketing solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and their value.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and trends in the eCommerce space.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and increasing revenue.
  • Develop proposals and negotiate terms with clients to close deals.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and report on business development progress.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the eCommerce, IT, or digital marketing industry.
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations.
