Job Overview

Old Dominion Strategies LLC is seeking a highly skilled Space Management Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities and space management, with a minimum of six years of experience in related work and support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date facility data, including space allocation and utilization.
  • Conduct site visits to validate space allocation and layout, and analyze space allocation data.
  • Develop and maintain facility factsheets and files, ensuring compliance with FPS and DHS policies.
  • Support regional FPS with program management, including developing project requirements and tracking project progress.
  • Produce occupancy, utilization, and project reports, and maintain program files.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of six years of experience conducting analytical and support activities related to facilities and space management.
  • Minimum of six years of project management experience in related work and support activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 or higher, including Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
