As a Record Center Specialist for Access Information Management, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and processing physical assets stored in our records center
  • Preparing materials, tapes, and boxes full of confidential documents for delivery
  • Assisting Transportation Specialists with loading and unloading company vehicles
  • Processing incoming orders using wireless scanning technology
  • Investigating and resolving order discrepancies for incoming and outgoing orders
  • Preparing necessary paperwork for daily deliveries

About You

We're looking for individuals with at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse or physical atmosphere. You should be physically able to lift boxes and materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day. Forklift and/or pick lift certification is an asset, and you must be able to pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening and background check. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
