Job Summary

Nassau Provisions Kosher Foods Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Office Operations Manager and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Office Operations Manager, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, including weekly sales and credits reports.
  • Process new customer applications and ensure accurate and complete data.
  • Assist the Customer Service/Sales Support Department with customer and sales team requests.
  • Perform ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including knowledge of various formulas and functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
