Key Responsibilities

General Responsibilities:
- Support all clinical services to elevate the quality of care for patients.
- Adhere to company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Foster a healing environment for patients, staff, and healthcare providers.
- Represent the company’s interests and uphold its image within the community.
- Ensure a safe and organized workplace.
- Uphold the company’s vision and values.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Operational Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of service lines.
- Manage patient scheduling to ensure clinical appropriateness and productivity.
- Coordinate staff schedules to provide adequate coverage and support.
- Ensure provider schedules are maximized for efficiency.
- Arrange coverage during staff absences.
- Onboard and train new and existing staff on clinical and operational protocols.
- Conduct daily billing reconciliation, including documentation and coding.
- Minimize patient rescheduling initiated by the clinic or providers.
- Manage inventory by ordering necessary medical supplies.
- Audit clinical documentation for quality assurance.
- Review checkout and DME log sheets for compliance with goals.
- Ensure accurate logging and processing of co-pay collections.
- Generate weekly accountability and performance reports for staff and providers.
- Develop protocols for managing unplanned events.
- Address unpredictable events as they arise.
- Conduct morning meetings to enhance communication.
- Manage patient flow, time management, and customer service.
- Assist in local marketing initiatives through community engagement.
- Ensure overall patient satisfaction and experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility to support quality care.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred. Other educational qualifications or certifications may be considered.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- A minimum of ten years of related experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.
- Experience in hospital management is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Physical Requirements
The physical demands of this role require the employee to sit, manipulate equipment, and communicate effectively. The employee must also stand, walk, reach, and occasionally lift or move up to 75 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment
The work environment may have a moderate to high noise level.
