Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist in managing our vibrant apartment community. This role is essential in helping prospective residents discover their ideal living spaces while fostering a positive community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential residents by providing informative tours of model apartments and showcasing property amenities.
  • Handle the processing and evaluation of new applications, ensuring all lease documentation and associated paperwork are completed accurately.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational protocols at all times.
  • Support the organization of resident events and activities to enhance community engagement.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties is required.
  • Familiarity with Yardi or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
  • Candidates must successfully pass a background check.
  • Knowledge of HUD regulations and Rural Development practices is highly preferred.

Hourly Salary: $18-$21
