This is a full-time position that requires a strong leader who can effectively manage and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee warehouse operations in the Victorville, CA region, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.
  • Lead a team of warehouse employees, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care team to resolve complex inventory and customer issues.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Standard driver's license
  • At least 21 years of age with high school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a physical exam
  • Weekend availability required
  • Team lead or management experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50lbs
  • Ability to work on feet for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
