Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive store environment that meets or exceeds company standards.
- Oversee and manage store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Manage and develop a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Conduct regular store walks to ensure visual merchandising standards are met and to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage store inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with district and regional leadership to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
- Prior retail management experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
