Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Director to accelerate revenue growth and business development in the US. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Consumer Health and extensive experience in business development.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Acquire new clients through consultative selling, targeting mid-size to enterprises in Consumer Health
  • Manage and nurture leads generated through marketing efforts
  • Negotiate contracts with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and a good understanding of the regulated industry.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor or equivalent degree required
  • 15 years of business development or sales experience in Consumer Health industries with interest in SaaS
  • Experience selling to senior decision makers in enterprises
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets

We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 - $220,000 per year, flexible working arrangements, and continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
