Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Member Engagement: Deliver outstanding service by managing incoming calls, addressing member inquiries, resolving issues, and providing essential information. Actively promote our diverse range of credit union products and services.
  • Transaction Management: Process various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while ensuring precise daily balancing.
  • Account Administration: Facilitate the opening and closing of various account types, assist members with account-related inquiries, and provide comprehensive account support.
  • Loan Processing: Review and submit applications for consumer loans and credit cards, conducting interviews with applicants to gather necessary information and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain adherence to established policies and regulatory standards in all transactions and services.
Essential Duties:
  • Member Support (70%): Address member inquiries via phone and email, resolve complaints, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Loan Assistance (5%): Interview loan applicants, prepare necessary documentation, and explain available loan options.
  • Account Management (5%): Assist members with account openings and closings, and address product-related questions.
  • Transaction Processing (5%): Execute financial transactions and ensure cash drawer accuracy.
  • Member Interaction (5%): Welcome members and provide routine information, directing them to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Compliance (5%): Stay informed on current trends and regulations to ensure compliance with loan terms.
  • Additional Responsibilities (5%): Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Six months to two years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Compensation and Benefits:
