Description: Food Presenter:

Deliver warm, efficient, and knowledgeable service of food and beverages in line with established quality and timing standards. Uphold a high standard of cleanliness throughout the dining area, ensuring all spaces are well-maintained. Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and team members to accurately deliver food and drinks to patrons. Participate in special cleaning initiatives and maintenance tasks as required.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with guests and colleagues in a positive, friendly, and welcoming manner.
- Arrive punctually for scheduled shifts, prepared to work in appropriate attire.
- Adhere to professional grooming standards daily, including styled hair, minimal jewelry, and natural makeup (when applicable).
- Efficiently set up and break down workstations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area during shifts; stock and replenish supplies as necessary.
- Comply with all state and federal regulations regarding food and alcohol service, including maintaining current certifications.
- Accurately deliver food orders while providing descriptions of each dish to guests.
- Execute proper food placement and removal at all tables.
- Polish silverware and glassware to ensure the restaurant is prepared for success.
- Communicate any inquiries, issues, or guest concerns to management.
- Clean and maintain all equipment and utensils essential for job performance.
- Report any equipment issues immediately to a supervisor.
- Foster a collaborative and enthusiastic work environment with coworkers and management.
- Follow all checklists and complete all necessary tasks associated with your role.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines established by the restaurant.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage menu, as well as an understanding of host stand and support staff procedures.
- Assist restaurant servers in tasks necessary to maintain their tables and enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications:

- Ability to read English, stand for extended periods, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Proficient in using a tray for delivering food and drink items to guests.
- Obtain and maintain any required certifications.
