POSITION SUMMARY

Our Culinary Service Associates are proactive in delivering a variety of services to ensure that every guest enjoys their dining experience. This includes setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen, engaging with guests, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas.

Success in this role requires adherence to safety protocols, compliance with company policies, and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor. Culinary Service Associates will be active throughout their shifts, which may involve standing, walking, and navigating various surfaces. They will also manage the menu by reading and verifying information and will engage in physical tasks such as lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None.
