Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time Adjunct Faculty member for the College of Nursing at Northwest University. The successful candidate will teach and supervise junior year, baccalaureate nursing students in mental health nursing settings. Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach and supervise junior year, baccalaureate nursing students in mental health nursing settings.
  • Develop and implement curriculum that reflects a Christian worldview.
  • Maintain positive relationships with students, faculty, and clinical site personnel.
  • Model best instructional practices in the clinical or skills lab setting.

Requirements:
  • A Master's degree or higher in nursing, or a Bachelor's degree in nursing with a Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • A current unrestricted license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Washington.
  • At least three years of clinical experience in the subject area being taught.

Compensation:$1,159 - $1,326 per credit (credit load ranges from 3-7), based on highest applicable degree earned.
