Clinical Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Leadership Educator to join our team at Swedish Health Services. As a key member of our Clinical Education department, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing educational programs to enhance the clinical skills and expertise of our nursing staff.
About the Role- Provide educational support to clinical staff, focusing on developing and improving competency in clinical care provision.
- Assess learning needs of staff, using multiple resources to identify areas for growth and development.
- Plan and operationalize educational activities, including individualized and group sessions, to meet the educational needs of staff.
- Evaluate learning materials for inclusion and utilization in education needs both for individuals and groups.
- Masters Degree in Nursing.
- ~ 3 years of experience in nursing leadership, including clinical experience in associated service line area.
- Certification in service area and/or nursing professional development (NPD-BC).
