We are seeking an experienced Senior NP to join our team at Fairfax Behavioral Health. As a Senior NP, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our organization's mission to empower individuals to achieve optimal mental well-being and independence.

The Role:

As a Senior NP, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients, conducting medical assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a manageable and sustainable caseload of approximately 15 patients per day.
  • Work flexible schedule generally Monday-Friday, day shifts.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the treatment team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Education: NP degree from an accredited program required.
  • Certifications: Postgraduate PMHNP certificate required.
  • Licensure: Current Washington APRN license in good standing.
  • Credentialing: Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating providers.
  • Experience: 3+ years of prior work experience in a clinical NP/PA role required (clinical rotations and preceptor hours not included).
