Responsibilities

As a Psych Nurse at Fairfax Behavioral Health Hospital, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Providing direct patient care and support

* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

* Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals

* Developing and implementing crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies

* Providing education and support to patients and families on mental health conditions and treatment options

* Participating in quality improvement initiatives and maintaining accurate records and documentation

The salary for this position is $80 per hour, with a minimum of $3,200 per week and a maximum of $3,200 per week, depending on the number of hours worked. Benefits include competitive pay, comprehensive training, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
