Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships and partnerships centered around trust and collaboration to deliver value-added service in all employee relations functions.
  • Proactively drive efficiency and consistency in processes through the use of HRIS/HCM software.
  • Maintain an effective level of knowledge about assigned business units and its plans and strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or another field with concentrated coursework in Human Resources or equivalent in HR job experience.
  • Five (5) years of progressive HR experience, with at least three (3) years' experience in employee relations as a HR business partner with strategic alignment responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential.
