  • Customer Satisfaction and Revenue Forecasting: Exceeds customer expectations and contributes to a high level of customer satisfaction backed by detailed and accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Sales Process and Client Partnerships: Collaborates with Ops and Practice Area teams to develop systems for compelling project proposals as they apply to our client's unique needs.
