Director of Business Operations

Welcome to Overlake Medical Center, where you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our business operations.
The Director of Business Operations will oversee the centralized business operations team, supporting Overlake Medical Clinics (OC). As a key member of our OC leadership team, you'll report directly to the Chief Operating Officer for OC.
Your areas of responsibility will include:
- Credentialing
- Health Information Management/HIM
- Coding
- Referral Management
- Call Center
- Training
- Float pool
- Pharmacy Refill Team
- RN Inbasket Management
You'll work collaboratively with Overlake's centralized departments to meet the needs of our clinic operations. Your goal will be to ensure efficient and effective processes that drive patient satisfaction, quality, and financial goals.
As a leader, you'll supervise and develop managers, supervisors, and leads within OC Business Operations. You'll also partner with clinic-based physicians to achieve clinic, program, and performance goals and targets.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree required (Advanced degree preferred)
- 5+ years revenue cycle experience and/or outpatient clinic operations experience
- 5+ years supervisory/leadership experience
- Knowledge of physician practice billing, coding, and collections
- Strong knowledge of EPIC EMR to include documentation, reporting, and billing
