Sales and Experience Specialist

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, including strains, dosages, and effects.
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing our Point-of-Sale system.
- Ensure the store is stocked, clean, and well-organized at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of retail or food service experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of METRC experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, employee assistance plan, short-term disability, life insurance, 401K, and paid time off.
