About the Role

Mashburn, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at the Ann Mashburn DC shop. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through proactive relationship-building and sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. They will be passionate about women's wear, with knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and styling an asset but not essential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to all customers, ensuring they feel welcome and taken care of throughout their shopping experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in products and styling to advise customers on purchases, building trusted relationships and driving sales.
  • Maintain an active client book, contacting clients regularly to provide follow-up and ensure seamless shopping experiences.
  • Create meaningful relationships with customers to foster loyalty and develop brand ambassadors.
  • Collaborate with fellow associates to achieve monthly and seasonal sales goals, ensuring a consistent customer experience and contributing to a positive working environment.
