DTLR is seeking a Sales and Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team to ensure a positive shopping experience.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previous work experience in retail or customer service, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. You will be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that you can satisfy customer needs while maintaining DTLR standards.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales efforts by offering personalized product recommendations to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the sales team by assisting with tasks such as restocking and merchandising.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge by staying up-to-date on fashion trends and merchandise information.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous work experience in retail or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Compensation and Benefits

As a Sales and Customer Experience Specialist, you will receive a competitive salary of $17.50 per hour, along with opportunities for advancement and professional growth. Additionally, you will be eligible for various benefits, including health insurance and paid time off.
