Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Spearhead Staffing. This role is essential in facilitating communication between various departments and our clients to ensure all requirements are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Serve as a point of contact to ensure clarity on client expectations, including service agreements, project specifications, timelines, and cost structures.
  • Manage and resolve all incoming client inquiries, ensuring timely and comprehensive follow-up to guarantee satisfaction, particularly for escalated matters.
  • Coordinate necessary logistics for client pick-ups.
  • Evaluate client schedules to ensure alignment with expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide alternative solutions when client expectations are at risk.
  • Achieve departmental and individual performance targets.
  • Exhibit professionalism in all interactions.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations within the logistics sector, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to leverage extensive experience and knowledge to analyze complex issues.
  • Proficient in identifying critical factors and developing effective solutions.
  • Skilled in organizing and prioritizing resources while adapting to new information.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey decisions and issues clearly and courteously.
  • Strong business acumen and collaborative skills for effective problem resolution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and other relevant technical tools.

Note: This position is not open to third-party agencies. Candidates must have permanent work authorization in the U.S. and should be within commuting distance; remote work or relocation is not available.
