About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Director of Commercial Insights. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for refining and enhancing our go-to-market strategy and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Mining and Strategic Analysis: Collect and analyze data from various sources to inform go-to-market strategies and customer experience.
  • Validate and Refine GTM Strategies: Leverage data from across the organization to challenge and correct assumptions, and ensure our messaging resonates with the market.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze macroeconomic trends, industry innovations, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to refine our market approach.
  • Amplify the Customer Voice: Synthesize and amplify customer feedback and verbatims in collaboration with product, marketing, clinical success, and enablement teams.
  • Improve Customer Health: Standardize and optimize customer touchpoints to deepen customer understanding.
  • Deliver Actionable Insights: Develop and deliver insightful reports and presentations that communicate complex data clearly and effectively across the organization.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial/customer insights, user research, or related field, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of using customer insights to influence product and business strategy decisions.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with expertise in survey design, user interviews, etc.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey insights in a compelling manner.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing research teams.
  • Proficiency with customer insights tools and analytics platforms.
