Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist/Principal Scientist with expertise in protein formulation and analytical methodologies. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical abilities, a capacity for independent and collaborative work, and substantial experience within the biopharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute experiments focused on early-stage biologics formulations.
- Contribute to the advancement of analytical methodologies for research and development initiatives.
- Conduct forced degradation and stability assessments.
- Interpret and analyze experimental data effectively.
- Support external scientific collaborations.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration to resolve complex issues.
Essential Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
- A minimum of 6 years of post-PhD or 10 years of post-MS experience in the industry.
- Proficiency with contemporary protein formulation technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of protein degradation mechanisms and stability factors.
- Familiarity with ICH regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication capabilities.
- Experience in lyophilized formulation and regulatory submissions is advantageous.
