About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with various aspects of the rental or return process on our airport lots.
  • Check cars, enter information into a handheld device, and process rentals for loyalty customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service while working at our exit gates or checking-in cars at return.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work outdoors
