About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our airport locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer lines, and directing customers to the right location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers at our airport locations, providing information and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage customer lines and direct customers to the right location to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service to improve the customer's travel experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
  • Willingness to work outdoors
  • Flexibility to work all shifts
  • Ability to stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot for continuous periods and drive a variety of vehicles
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
