About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with various aspects of the rental or return process on our airport lots.
  • Check cars, enter information in a handheld device, process rentals of loyalty customers, and assist customers at exit gates or check-in cars at return.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our clients.

Requirements

  • Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
