About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with various aspects of the rental or return process, including checking cars, processing rentals, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a variety of vehicles, including cars and other equipment, to support the rental process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
  • Effective verbal communication skills and a willingness to work outdoors
  • Flexibility to work all shifts and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
