About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Return Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient return process for our rental cars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers, securing keys and recording mileage, gas levels, and damage to our cars
  • Check our cars into our computer system while providing excellent customer service
  • Work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues
  • Participate in on-the-job training to learn our business and enhance your professional skills

Requirements
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility to work all shifts
  • Ability to stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot, enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods, and drive a variety of vehicles
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
