Job Responsibilities:Key Performance Areas:
  • Creating value for shareholders through efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • Effectively managing a corporate-owned restaurant within company policies and guidelines, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
Day-to-Day Operations:
  • Scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team
  • Ensuring OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are met
Financial Management:
  • Controlling profit and loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports
Team Management:
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members, conducting performance appraisals, taking discipline action, motivating, and training
Maintenance and Quality:
  • Ensuring maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through a preventative maintenance program
  • Ensuring food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
Marketing and Safety:
  • Ensuring complete and timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs
  • Ensuring a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team
Requirements:
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
  • Good communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Exceptional team building capability
  • Basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical/decision-making skills
  • Basic personal computer literacy
  • College or university degree preferred, but experience will be considered
  • Supervisory experience in food service or retail, including profit and loss responsibility
