Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Orion Talent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both within existing customer accounts and through new sales channels
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
* Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* 2+ years of sales and/or account management experience
* Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth
* Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
