Business Development Representative

Amplify Recruiting is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Research and Strategy Development:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the Tool and Die/Manufacturing industry.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to align the company's offerings with market demand.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and industry partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with new and existing clients.
- Sales Growth:
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions for clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the Tool and Die, Manufacturing, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and die design.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
