About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our Integrated Marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will support the development and implementation of innovative omni-channel marketing strategies, ensuring seamless communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate briefs for Omni Campaigns
  • Act as a key marketing resource for merchants, working closely with them on sample management for Omni campaign shoots
  • Responsible for making job numbers/POs and invoicing process across Local Activations, PR, Charity, and Partnerships
  • Assist the Brand Media team with marketing support across OMNI campaigns, including product pulls for site direct campaigns with publishing partners
  • Facilitate communication with cross-functional teams on CO OP Projects
  • Create campaign timelines for charity partners, communicating milestones and deadlines to ensure project completion on time
  • Serve as marketing point of contact for Monthly Fiscal Closing meetings
