Key Responsibilities:

The Field Sales Executive serves as the primary contact for Coca-Cola with our customers, tasked with nurturing customer relationships. This role involves developing and managing accounts within a designated territory, with the main objective of maximizing sales and increasing the volume of Coca-Cola and its associated brands.

Essential Duties Include:

  • Acting as a professional representative of CCBCHC to all assigned accounts and potential customers.
  • Executing and finalizing all sales calls within the assigned sales route.
  • Maintaining appropriate inventory levels and ensuring compliance with merchandising standards during sales calls.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving marketing objectives in assigned territories.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with accounts through data-driven sales presentations and regular business reviews.
  • Communicating account activities effectively within CCBCHC.
  • Transporting and maintaining Point of Sale advertising as necessary.
  • Collaborating with merchandisers to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Ensuring the neat appearance of all CCBCHC products and equipment in assigned accounts.
  • Conducting required vehicle checks and maintaining quality assurance standards.
  • Promoting a safe working environment and maintaining professional relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Monitoring competitor activities and sales strategies.
  • Adhering to all company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Following through on commitments made to customers and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; a 4-year college degree is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong mathematical skills to analyze profits, margins, and financials.
  • Class A CDL is preferred and may be required in certain locations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, pulling, and pushing weights of 50+ pounds.
  • Capability to maintain focus while using a computer terminal.
  • Willingness to travel and attend training sessions as needed.

Work Environment:

  • Combination of office and trade environments with potential exposure to moderate noise levels.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
