  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient, professional, and profitable operation of our food service venues, including managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and controlling costs.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of managers and staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Menu Development and Marketing: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu concepts, and work with our marketing team to promote our food service offerings to customers.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive and memorable experience at our venues.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial reports, including budgets, projections, and financial statements, to ensure the financial health and stability of our food service operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in food service management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Certifications: Concessions Manager Certificate from the National Association of Concessionaires, and nationally recognized food service sanitation training course certification.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results. Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems, with experience in financial management and budgeting.
