Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage various business operations, potentially including retail, fuel services, dining, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility by overseeing cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and safety protocols.
  • Drive product and service sales through effective inventory management, ordering, and merchandising.
  • Assist the General Manager in executing tasks, maintaining cash integrity, and completing necessary reporting.
  • Analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with management on talent acquisition efforts.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years in management within retail, convenience stores, or similar environments.
  • Experience managing operations with annual sales exceeding $2 million.
  • Proven ability to interpret budgets and financial statements.
  • Experience supervising and training teams of 5-10+ employees.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional customer service and sales skills, with a commitment to operational excellence.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves regular communication and active participation, including standing, walking, and lifting items over 75 pounds.
