Key Responsibilities
  • Complete a comprehensive field sales training program to familiarize yourself with our market strategies, product offerings, and designated territory.
  • Engage in professional development initiatives aimed at enhancing your skills in account management, product expertise, and the recruitment and training of your own sales team.
  • Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to expand your sales force.
  • Lead the recruitment efforts, overseeing the entire process from interviewing to selecting and onboarding new sales candidates.
  • Implement corporate strategies and sales plans to ensure the success of both you and your sales representatives.
  • Mentor your sales representatives as they cultivate their own business using our established sales programs.

Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience in hiring and developing a team of outside sales representatives.
  • Prior experience in industrial outside sales.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with end users of maintenance and repair products.
  • Stable employment history.
