Position Summary
The Field Sales Consultant plays a pivotal role in expanding our business footprint by fostering relationships with essential clients and industry influencers. This position is tasked with identifying new business opportunities while enhancing existing accounts within Air Comm's offerings. By promoting our advanced communication and surveillance products, the consultant tailors solutions to align with client needs, thereby maximizing value. Working closely with Engineering and Service teams, they design custom systems and provide expert insights to address client challenges, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Air Comm's comprehensive Voice & Video Solutions, which include:
- Two-Way Radio Systems
- Cellular Bi-Directional Amplifiers
- Dispatch Consoles
- Emergency Radio Responder Coverage Systems
- CCTV Systems
- Remote Video Monitoring
- Access Control Solutions
- Radio Alert Integration
- Utilize networking skills to build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders, driving new business initiatives.
- Engage with current clients to uncover potential growth areas and present tailored product solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Service teams to create customized solutions that meet client specifications.
- Identify and address customer pain points with innovative solutions that foster long-term satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a liaison between them and internal teams to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Complete additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, demonstrating a successful track record.
- Company-provided training will be available as needed.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; capable of managing priorities effectively.
- Adaptable and flexible, with a positive attitude towards changing priorities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a creative approach to problem resolution.
- Proactive and responsive to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and provide insights on complex issues.

Physical Requirements
This position may involve various physical activities, including:
- Effective communication with vendors, management, and colleagues, both individually and in group settings.
