Job Title: Field Sales Representative

At Promethean World, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling integrated solutions of our Promethean portfolio, including hardware, software, and services, to customers in Utah, Nevada, and Idaho.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve annual sales revenue quota as set by the business while maintaining acceptable levels of sales margins within your assigned territory.
  • Demonstrate strong Channel Partner relations to achieve sales targets by creating solutions and strategies to meet the needs of the customer.
  • Explore upsell and cross-selling opportunities to expand Promethean's reach into new or existing accounts.
  • Demonstrate the full range of Promethean products to build opportunity growth and expand our customer base.
  • Work with our Education Consultant team to ensure customers receive high-level demonstrations of Promethean products while ensuring efficient usage of their time.
  • Continually build a pipeline of strong opportunities to provide ongoing growth within your territory while providing day-to-day management of existing accounts.
  • Influence the direction of our Inside Sales team to ensure they are uncovering new opportunities every day.
  • Maintain complete documentation of account activities within assigned territory using our CRM system.
  • Provide accurate reports to Regional Managers on sales/sales opportunities within your specific territory.
Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree preferred.
  • Technical ability to demonstrate and explain new technologies to school districts.
  • 3+ years of experience selling hardware technology solutions in the K-12 or Higher Education market.
  • Ability to travel 50-70%.
  • Exceeding sales quota.
  • Meets company goals related to product mix and attach rates.
  • High levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Standout colleague who works well with internal resources and Channel Partners in assigned territory.
  • Up-to-date on the latest developments within the Education Technology sector.
  • Understands the pedagogical difference that Promethean products can make to students.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written language skills required for customer face-to-face interaction and follow-up communications.
