Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a skilled CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE to join our team at Lineage Logistics. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers.
About the Role
In this role, you will perform various duties including processing customer orders, tracking product availability, and handling any issues related to customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for invoicing and verifying accounts accurately and in a timely manner, as well as verifying inbound receipts. Additionally, you will generate customer reports per customer request.
With an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in customer service and logistics management.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong attention to detail and organizational skills are also essential.
